Morning training sessions for Valencia CF have focused on fitness work and tactical drills, as Javi Gracia's coaching staff try to get the players in the best possible shape for the start of the LaLiga season.
Wednesday was no exception, and the mix of 'brains and brawn' continued with some intense resistance training and positioning exercises that demanded the utmost of the team.
Valencia CF will play a fourth preseason friendly this weekend against FC Cartagena, in which they will attempt to transfer things worked on in training to a game scenario.
